The C4 is the world's first comprehensive cancer/CARE center in the cloud designed to democratize access to CARE (Care, Advocacy, Research, Education). Instead of relying solely on physical institutions, C4 creates a shared digital infrastructure that enables access to everyone and connects expertise and innovation across the world.
Organized around four core pillars — Care, Outreach, Research, and Education (CORE) — C4 transforms the traditional model of isolated cancer centers into a connected global ecosystem of collaboration. It
transforms fragmented efforts into a coordinated global movement to eliminate disparities. In this way, C4 is not just a platform.
It is the foundation for a globally connected CARE ecosystem.
